1. The primary resident must be at least 18 years of age to be able to book an accommodation in Right Living.
  2. It is mandatory for all residents to present valid photo identification at the time of booking the accommodation. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every resident staying at the Right Living.
  3. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  4. Pets are not allowed in the Right Living premises.
  5. Should any action by a resident be deemed inappropriate by the Right Living Management, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Management, Right Living reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  6. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  7. Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

At Right Living, we promise to be upfront about all the costs you’ll face to rent a room from us, and as such we implement a straightforward cancellation policy. This policy sets out the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees involved.

  1. Cancelling more than 30 days before agreement start date
    You can cancel a tenancy agreement without penalty provided written notice has been provided to The Student Housing Company at least 30 calendar days prior to the agreement start date.
  2. Cancelling less than 30 days before agreement start date
    If cancellation is made to The Student Housing Company less than 30 days before the agreement start date you will be charged a break lease fee of 1 weeks rent.
  3. One less worry if you don’t receive Admission
    We understand that plans can change due to external influences. Therefore, cancellation of the agreement due to failure to secure an admission Visa will be without penalty provided notice is given in writing, within 14 days of agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming decline admission. If this is provided less than 14 days prior to the start of the agreement you will be charged a break lease fee of 1 weeks rent.
